CBSE has released verification and re-evaluation results for Class 12 students for the 2026 cycle on the DigiLocker platform. Multiple reports say the updated verification/re-evaluation outcomes are being published in phases, with the majority of applicants receiving their revised results first and the rest to follow as processing completes. CBSE states that the review is conducted through a “robust, transparent and carefully monitored” system, and it has reiterated that revised marks may increase, decrease, or remain unchanged after re-evaluation.
Several outlets note that students can access updated scorecards/marksheets digitally through DigiLocker and that these updated documents are accepted for official purposes. CBSE also provides guidance for students to check results using details such as roll number and admit card-related information. In addition, reports indicate that updated physical marksheets, where applicable, will be made available through CBSE regional offices in due course, alongside instructions for students to surrender their earlier marksheets before receiving revised ones.
One report highlights CBSE’s clarification against a student claim circulated on social media, citing that in at least one case marks rose by a larger amount than alleged.
