Gombe State Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya presents the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate for the 2027 election, Dr. Jamilu Isiyaku Gwamna, to President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Abuja. The meeting follows Gwamna’s emergence as the APC candidate after the party’s governorship primary, which the APC describes as an overwhelming victory.
Tinubu congratulates Gwamna for becoming the party’s candidate and commends Governor Yahaya for leadership that strengthens the APC in Gombe State. He expresses confidence that the party will sustain developmental progress and maintain political stability associated with the Renewed Hope Agenda.
