SpaceX has signed a multibillion-dollar computing deal with Reflection AI, an open-source artificial intelligence startup. Multiple outlets report that Reflection AI will pay SpaceX $150 million per month starting July 1. The agreement runs through 2029, with total deal value described as up to $6.3 billion. The computing service is tied to SpaceX’s Colossus 2 data center near Memphis, Tennessee. Reflection AI is expected to receive access to Nvidia’s latest GB300 AI chips and related supporting hardware hosted in the Colossus 2 facility.

The deal adds to a broader pattern in which SpaceX positions its data centers as an external provider of AI infrastructure. CNBC notes that SpaceX has recently pursued similar commercial arrangements with other AI-focused companies, including Anthropic, Google, and Cursor. Overall, the reporting across outlets centers on the same core terms—monthly pricing, start date, contract duration, and the hardware and location involved—while the headline figures are framed as the total maximum value of the arrangement.
