Samsung announces the Galaxy M47 5G will launch in India on June 29. Multiple outlets report the company has also disclosed key hardware and software specifications ahead of the release. The phone is said to include a 6.7-inch AMOLED or sAMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+. Memory and storage are reported as LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. For the processor, NDTV says the device is powered by a Snapdragon chipset, while GSMArena focuses on the confirmed platform details such as RAM and storage. On the software side, GSMArena reports the handset will ship with Android 16-based One UI 8.5. NDTV adds that Samsung will offer colour options including Blaze Blue and Rogue Red, and indicates availability through Amazon.
