The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, releases the KEAM 2026 rank list on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in. Reports say the list is made public for different course streams, including engineering and pharmacy, and is used as the basis for admissions in participating colleges in Kerala. Candidates who appeared for the KEAM 2026 entrance examination can view and download the course-wise rank lists/rank cards from the candidate portal using their application number and password. The rank list is prepared by combining candidates’ KEAM entrance examination scores with prescribed weightage from qualifying Class 12 marks, and also reflects merit-related details such as rank/category position. According to the available data, 1,48,146 candidates register for the exam, including 1,08,409 for engineering and 39,737 for the medical stream; engineering and pharmacy rank lists include 79,717 and 26,943 candidates respectively, as reported by one outlet. After the rank list is published, CEE Kerala schedules the counselling process for candidates whose names appear in the list, followed by seat allotment based on rank, preferences, and reservation/seat availability.
