Delhi University begins the first phase of undergraduate (UG) admissions registration for the 2026-27 academic session via the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS), according to a university notice dated June 26. Candidates who appeared in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG) 2026 and want admission to Delhi University colleges can register on the CSAS portal. Admissions for 73 undergraduate programmes, including more than 100 BA programmes offered across 67 colleges, are carried out based solely on CUET-UG 2026 scores, provided applicants meet programme-specific eligibility requirements set by the university. The university states that candidates can register using only their CUET-UG 2026 application number. As part of a new initiative, key applicant details such as name, date of birth, photograph and signature are auto-integrated through Government of India API Setu to reduce data-entry errors. NDTV also reports that the CSAS registration link is live and that candidates can access information related to the admission process and application fee.
