Oberoi Realty announces it is entering the Delhi-NCR real estate market with its first housing project, “Three Sixty North,” in Gurugram. The company plans to invest about ₹6,000 crore across two phases, according to statements reported by multiple outlets. Phase 1 is located at Golf Course Extension Road, and covers a total project site described as 14.8 acres. The first phase is reported to include 832 units distributed across six towers, with housing configurations ranging from large apartments to penthouses. Apartment sizes are described across sources as roughly from about 5,500–5,600 sq ft to around 8,500 sq ft, while penthouses are reported to be around 13,000 sq ft and above depending on configuration.

The outlets also report pricing details for the launch phase. One report cites a basic starting selling price of about ₹35,000 per sq ft, while another cites homes starting from roughly ₹18 crore plus applicable taxes. Oberoi Realty says the project has a total revenue potential of about ₹16,000 crore, including both phases. Company officials describe the initiative as expanding the firm’s brand into NCR and highlight amenities and lifestyle features planned for the development.
