Hero MotoCorp says it will invest about ₹3,200 crore in Andhra Pradesh over the next three to five years, with Tirupati playing a central role in manufacturing, electric mobility and spare parts expansion. Multiple reports describe plans to scale production capacity at its Tirupati facility and to add a new Global Parts Centre in the city. Times of India and Free Press Journal both highlight the parts-centre plan: a second Global Parts Centre at Tirupati to support Hero MotoCorp’s domestic and international spare parts operations. Free Press Journal further specifies that more than ₹750 crore is earmarked for the Tirupati Global Parts Centre and that the foundation stone for the facility is laid on July 1, 2026.
The company also projects a rise in output from the Tirupati plant, with Times of India referring to a doubling of production capacity and Free Press Journal citing expected annual production growth to about 1.2–1.5 million units for the electric vehicle portfolio. The expansion is expected to create around 4,000 jobs, according to Times of India and Free Press Journal.
