Actor Akshay Kumar sells two luxury apartments in Mulund (West), Mumbai, for a combined Rs 12.38 crore, according to property registration details cited by CRE Matrix and reported by multiple outlets. The transactions are registered on June 30 and involve two adjoining units on the 18th floor of Tower B in the Oberoi Enigma residential development on LBS Road. The apartments, numbered 1803 and 1804, have a carpet area of about 1,886 sq ft each and include six car parking spaces (three per apartment). The buyer in the deal is Sunny Home Care Private Limited. The total sale value is Rs 12.38 crore, with each apartment sold for about Rs 6.19 crore. One report also cites stamp duty of Rs 74.28 lakh for the combined transaction. Sources say the actor acquired the two apartments together in October 2017 for roughly between Rs 4.49 crore and about Rs 9 crore, depending on the figures referenced, implying significant appreciation over nearly nine years. The sale follows other high-value real estate transactions by the actor earlier in 2026, according to some reports.
