The Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) in Akwa Ibom State commends Governor Umo Eno over two major projects, citing them as long-term improvements for the state. IPAC officials say the governor has delivered 20 compressed natural gas (CNG) buses as part of a mass transit scheme, describing it as a modern and more cost-effective option that also supports cleaner energy transportation. The group also highlights the unveiling of the 350-bed Ibom International Hospital, saying it will strengthen healthcare delivery for residents and the wider region.
According to IPAC, the initiatives reflect planning and foresight and are intended to benefit citizens beyond the current political cycle. IPAC Chairperson Blessing Umo is quoted speaking to journalists in Uyo after a state projects delivery meeting. She adds that the hospital and transport projects are designed with future generations in mind and urges public support for development efforts that go beyond partisan considerations.
