Candidates can apply through the HED Bihar Samarth portal. The application window runs until July 15, 2026, and sources report that there is no application fee. The recruitment is conducted on a contractual basis, and eligibility is determined based on the educational qualifications, age requirements, and other examination-related criteria specified in the official notification.
