The allegation is that the husband takes his wife to the girlfriend’s room, where she is shot, with the girlfriend reportedly involved in the incident.
Both sources state that after the murder, the accused couple flee to Nepal. They are later apprehended about a month after returning to India, when police track and detain them. The weapon used in the killing is reported to have been obtained from Uttar Pradesh, and police investigations focus on the circumstances leading to the shooting and the role of both suspects.
The cases are handled by Gurugram police as a murder investigation linked to the alleged involvement of the girlfriend, and the arrests are based on available evidence gathered during the probe.
