Heavy rain triggers flash floods, landslides blocking Doda-Kishtwar highway near Kwar project

Three gates of the Baglihar dam were opened as the Chenab river water level increased significantly. District administrations in Doda and Kishtwar are monitoring weather conditions and river flow.
