He also contends that Obi is unable to “even face” Umahi and, separately, suggests Obi cannot “face President Bola Tinubu.”
In his comments, Umahi points to Obi’s record as governor of Anambra State, alleging failures in sectors including health and infrastructure. He also cites claims about road and airport development and says Obi invested government funds in a bank while owing contractors. On education, Umahi asserts that the sector during Obi’s tenure relied on “special centres.”
The interview also references Obi’s broader political position, including his challenge to the federal government to focus on repairing dilapidated roads rather than building new ones.
