A man accused of dealing drugs is alleged to have threatened a woman and her son over an unpaid drug debt of €157,000, a court hears. According to reports, Mark Salmon (33) told the woman that he would arrange for “junkies” to rape her son. In the same account, he is said to have threatened to harm the son directly, including telling her he would drive over him with a car and, if he was not dead, would “put a bullet in his head.”

The court also hears that Salmon gave the woman a deadline to pay, reportedly telling her that she had a month to pay up or her son would be shot. The alleged threats are presented in connection with the drug debt and form the basis of the prosecution’s case.

The reporting reflects the allegations made in court and does not indicate a verdict. The accused continues to face the legal process as the matter proceeds.
