The reports also state that U.S. District Judge LaShann DeArcy Hall rejected a defense request to modify Rozier’s bail. The defense sought permission for him to practice and play in a way that would involve potential witnesses, with the condition that he not discuss the case. The judge ruled that it would be difficult, if not impossible, to police whether conversations during on-court activity stayed within those limits.
