The transaction involves Flat No. 1401 in Shiv Asthan Heights on 16th Road, Bandra (West), within the Shiv-Asthan (Khar) Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. Reports cite the apartment’s carpet area as 758 sq ft and state that the flat includes two car parking spaces—one on the ground floor and another on the first podium level. The agreement for sale is reported to be executed in June 2026 and officially registered on July 9, 2026. Buyer details in the reports name Munira Akberali Dandawala, Akberali Dandawala, and Zehra Mahdiali Dandawala, who purchase the property jointly. One report also notes stamp duty of ₹21 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000. Times of India additionally states that Khan bought the apartment in 2015 for ₹2.88 crore and continues to reside in Bandra, with film projects ongoing.
