Sunita Ahuja, wife of actor Govinda, speaks about trust and alleged infidelity as she leaves Netflix reality show “Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa.” In the Judgment Day episode, aired July 11, Govinda and their daughter Tina Ahuja escort Sunita out after her stint on the show. During her time on the programme and in interviews after her exit, Ahuja repeatedly addressed rumours about extra-marital affairs. She says she believes no film-industry “hero” is entirely “innocent” and links this to the time actors spend with heroines for work. At the same time, she asserts that love and faith in the marriage shape how she responds to such issues. Ahuja states that she will never leave Govinda “till my last breath,” adding that she has forgiven him multiple times and also believes she may have made mistakes in the relationship. She describes her long marriage as something that has endured for decades, saying she and Govinda remain together and depend on each other. Ahuja says she fell in love with Govinda at 15, married him in 1987 (keeping it private until their daughter Tina was born in 1989), and welcomed their son Yashvardhan in 1997.
