The National Investigation Agency (NIA) files a chargesheet against eight individuals in connection with a car bomb blast in Ambala, Haryana. The agency states that the individuals charged include those involved in recruiting and radicalising people through social media and encrypted communication channels, as well as those responsible for arranging logistics and explosive materials for the planned attack.
