The Committee also queries the NCS’s revenue records, citing concerns about inconsistencies in how revenue is being reported alongside the waiver figures. Both outlets report that the request is aimed at clarifying how the waiver amounts are computed and documented, and at establishing whether the NCS’s reported revenue aligns with the scope of the duty concessions granted.
The NCS is expected to respond with the requested documentation and explanations so the Committee can review the waiver program and associated revenue reporting for 2025.
