Oberoi Realty reports a 29% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, rising to ₹54.35 crore from ₹42.13 crore a year earlier, according to company disclosures cited by multiple outlets. Revenue from operations increases 31.7% to ₹1,300.89 crore, up from ₹987.55 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. Business Line also reports that total income for the quarter rises to ₹1,361.69 crore from ₹1,073.98 crore.
Business Standard and NDTV attribute the performance to higher real estate sales and improved operating margins. Business Standard additionally notes real-estate revenue growth of 32.7% and a 40.4% rise in profit before tax. Free Press Journal reports that the hospitality segment contributes ₹46.87 crore to total segment revenue, with segment result of ₹16.98 crore, and cites an operating margin of 56.43% and a net profit margin of 39.92% for the quarter.
Free Press Journal further states the board declares an interim dividend of ₹2 per equity share for FY 2026-27, approved at its meeting on 17 July 2026.
