GAIL (India) Limited and Khanij Bidesh India Limited (KABIL) sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation in critical and strategic minerals, aimed at supporting India’s long-term resource security and the clean energy transition. The MoU creates a framework for the two companies to identify and evaluate opportunities in critical and strategic mineral sectors. Under the agreement, GAIL and KABIL plan to exchange technical expertise and conduct capacity-building activities. The partnership also focuses on exploring joint initiatives across the mining value chain, covering activities related to developing and improving supply of key resources.

The MoU is signed by Sanjeev Kumar, Executive Director (R&D & E&P) at GAIL, and Sunil Kumar Singh, Chief Executive Officer of KABIL. R. K. Singhal, Director (Business Development) at GAIL, and other senior officials from both organisations are present at the signing.
