Halo: Campaign Evolved launches in phases across Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC. Early access begins July 23 with staggered global start times listed by Microsoft, including 8 AM PT, 11 AM ET, and 4 PM GMT. The full release follows on July 28, again with regional times such as 8 AM PT, 11 AM ET, and 4 PM GMT. Players can preload the game starting July 22, with platform-specific availability noted for editions on Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC, Steam, and PlayStation 5.
Early access requires the Premium Edition (or an upgrade from Standard), while the Standard Edition unlocks at launch. Xbox Game Pass subscribers receive the game at its day-one launch date; sources also note a $20 upgrade option to access early. Preordering editions also include additional cosmetic and content items such as the Foundry Armory Pack.
Microsoft also outlines how to play co-op with friends across platforms, using cross-platform friend additions through Xbox menus and party setup. On PlayStation, the release marks the franchise’s return after more than two decades of console exclusivity. PC system requirements are published, with an SSD storage requirement of 100 GB and specified minimum CPU, GPU, RAM, VRAM, and supported Windows versions.
