The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) reopens the application window for the CA Final November 2026 examination from August 1 to August 5, 2026, the institute says. Candidates who did not complete registration during the earlier submission period are given another opportunity to apply through the ICAI e-services portal.
The outlets report that the initial application process opened on July 6, 2026. During that first period, applicants could submit forms without a late fee until July 19, while an extended window with a late fee remained open until July 22, 2026.
For the reopening, candidates can access the online exam application through icai.org once the portal becomes active during the August 1–5 dates. The application process includes logging in or completing a new registration if required, filling out the examination form, uploading documents in the specified format, paying the applicable fee, and submitting the form to obtain a confirmation page.
ICAI also reports that CA Final November 2026 papers are scheduled across specific dates, with Group 1 examinations on November 2, 4, and 6, and Group 2 examinations on November 9, 11, and 13, 2026.
