Temasek-backed Shiprocket Ltd has fixed a price band of ₹92–₹97 per share for its initial public offering (IPO) of about ₹1,617.5 crore. The company has trimmed the offer size from an earlier plan of ₹2,342.3 crore. According to the IPO announcement, the IPO opens for subscription on August 12 and closes on August 14. Anchor investor bidding is scheduled for August 11.

The IPO includes a fresh issue component of up to ₹885.50 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) portion of up to ₹732 crore. As part of the OFS, existing shareholders including Lightrock, Tribe Capital, Moore Strategic Ventures, Agility International Investment, and individual investors such as Gautam Kapoor, Saahil Goel and Vishesh Khurana reduce their stakes.

Shiprocket says the fresh issue proceeds will support growth of its platforms, including marketing and strengthening technology infrastructure, while part of the funds will be used to repay or prepay certain borrowings with related interest. Additional proceeds are earmarked for possible acquisitions and general corporate purposes. At the upper end of the price band, the post-issue valuation is about ₹7,058 crore; at the lower end, it is about ₹6,739 crore. Shares are expected to list on BSE and NSE on August 19.
