LEAP India Ltd., a KKR-backed supply-chain solutions provider, completes a pre-IPO private placement raising about ₹371.3 crore ahead of its upcoming public listing. The company privately allots 23,351,100 equity shares at an issue price of ₹159 per share, which includes a premium of ₹158 over a face value of ₹1. The placement is conducted in consultation with the IPO’s book-running lead managers and follows disclosure of the fundraising through an advertisement published in Financial Express on 6 August 2026.
Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC’s subsidiary, Gamnat Pte Ltd, is the largest participant. It receives 17,610,000 shares at ₹159 each, amounting to approximately ₹279.99 crore. Hedge fund Dymon Asia Multi-Strategy Investment (Singapore) Pte Ltd also participates, receiving 3,144,600 shares valued at about ₹49.99 crore. The promoter-linked vehicle Matyas Possessiones Private Limited, in which promoter Sunu Mathew holds a 99% stake, is allotted 1,446,500 shares for roughly ₹22.99 crore.
LEAP India’s IPO is scheduled to open for subscription on 7 August 2026, with the price band cited by sources as ₹151–₹159 per share.
