Emcure Pharmaceuticals reports a strong increase in first-quarter earnings, with net profit rising year-on-year. According to Business Line, consolidated profit in the quarter increases by 36% to ₹292.5 crore. NDTV reports a larger jump in net profit, stating it rises 42% year-on-year for the same quarter. On revenues, Business Line says consolidated revenue from operations is ₹2,580.45 crore, up from ₹2,100.54 crore in the year-ago period.
