Two snakes are reported to have been spotted on the grounds of Shah Rukh Khan’s Mumbai residence, Mannat, on August 17. A rescue operation is launched after the reptiles are noticed moving on the property in Bandra.
According to reports cited by both outlets, snake rescuer Vicky Dubey receives the call in the evening, informs officials including Forest Department authorities, and reaches the residence. One snake, identified as a Dhaman (also known as an Indian rat snake), is found hiding under a ladder or beneath a staircase. It is captured without incident and released into its natural habitat in line with Forest Department guidelines.
The second snake escapes during the rescue, reportedly startled by people on the premises, and remains untraceable after the operation. Both outlets also note that similar incidents have occurred at other celebrity residences, including a prior snake sighting at Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartment.
Both reports shift to Shah Rukh Khan’s current work, saying he is preparing for his upcoming film “King,” scheduled for release on December 24, 2026, with Suhana Khan making her theatrical debut.
