UGC NET June 2026 results declared for 84 subjects; English, Commerce, Sociology re-exam set

The National Testing Agency (NTA) had ordered fresh examinations for candidates who appeared for the English, Commerce and Sociology papers in June this year after an expert committee found factual, typographical, translation and language-related errors in the question papers.

NTA has declared the UGC NET June 2026 results for 84 subjects, with 6,07,151 candidates appearing and 1,47,579 qualifying across three categories. English, Commerce and Sociology candidates must wait for re-conducted examinations scheduled for September 09 and September 10, 2026.
