Wonderful closes a $550 million Series C funding round at a $5 billion valuation, according to reports from multiple outlets. The round is led by Insight Partners, with Salesforce participating alongside other investors.

TechCrunch and The Next Web both say the Series C comes less than six months after Wonderful’s prior fundraising, which it had reported as $150 million at a $2 billion valuation. The Next Web adds that the company is 18 months old, and notes a discrepancy in how different outlets describe the company’s location—its press release is datelined Amsterdam, while some Israeli technology coverage refers to it as an Israeli company.

Both sources focus on the same headline numbers—amount raised, valuation, and the identity of the lead investor—while differing mainly in additional context such as company age, prior round timing, and where the company is based or described as based. TechCrunch lists additional participating investors beyond Salesforce, including Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards and Bessemer.
