Industrial gas producer Steamhouse India Ltd sets a price band of ₹77-81 per share for its proposed ₹414 crore initial public offering (IPO), according to multiple reports. The IPO opens for subscription on September 9 and closes on September 11, with anchor investor bidding on September 8. The company plans a listing on both the BSE and NSE after the issue.

The offering includes a fresh issue of shares worth up to about ₹353 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) component of around ₹61 crore. Promoter Vishal Sanwarraprasad Budhia is expected to sell shares through the OFS. Proceeds from the fresh issue are earmarked to repay part of the company’s existing debt and to expand capacity at its Ankleshwar and Panoli facilities.

Reports also state that additional funding will be used to set up a new steam-generation unit in the Dahej special economic zone and for general corporate purposes. One outlet adds that the company raised around ₹50 crore via a pre-IPO placement in June, and outlines allocations for different investor categories, including a retail quota.
