Xobin Research reports that 72% of workplace skills currently meet criteria for delegation to AI systems. The findings suggest that a large share of tasks and responsibilities could, in principle, be supported by automated tools, potentially changing how work is structured across roles.
At the same time, the research indicates that hiring priorities are shifting toward capabilities that AI systems cannot easily replicate. In other words, while many skills appear transferable to AI, recruitment seems to increasingly emphasize areas requiring human judgment, adaptability, or other competencies that remain difficult for machines to perform reliably.
Both outlets present the same core results and framing: a high proportion of skills are considered delegable to AI, while workforce demand is moving toward skills aligned with human strengths. The coverage differs mainly in phrasing, but not in the central figures or the overall direction of change described by the study.
