Cultured Code releases Things 3.24, updating its project management and to-do app to support Apple’s OS 27 platforms coming out today. The update adds new system integrations tied to iOS 27 features, alongside compatibility improvements for macOS 27 and other OS 27 releases.
Across the reports, the main additions include integration with iOS 27’s Siri AI so users can create to-dos through natural-language requests. After creating a task, users can continue the conversation to add details such as notes, start dates, and alerts. The update also expands how Things interacts with system search by indexing the user’s Things database in Spotlight, enabling to-dos and projects to appear in system-wide results.
The outlets also note optional controls for privacy, with settings allowing users to disable Spotlight indexing. Additional changes include a wider set of notification snooze options, such as 15 minutes, one hour, and three hours, plus a “snooze until tomorrow” choice. A new XL Portrait widget lets users view longer lists from the Home Screen.
