Canada deports Karamveer Deo, an alleged senior operative and aide linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. According to Indian reporting, Deo is described as a close confidant who helps facilitate the escape of Anmol Bishnoi and provides him shelter. Sources also say he provides logistical support and legal assistance to gang members in the United States. Upon returning to India, Deo is taken into custody by Indian authorities at Delhi airport.
After his deportation, Punjab Police’s Anti-Gangster Task Force arrests another man, Karamveer Singh, who is also described as closely associated with Lawrence Bishnoi. He is alleged to have supported Anmol Bishnoi as well and is wanted in a Mohali case covering multiple criminal offenses. The reporting adds that Singh has a prior criminal record, including murder and extortion-related charges. Investigators say further inquiries continue to map wider networks connected to the gang’s overseas operations.
