Mediacorp and South Korea’s Blintn are co-producing the 12-episode romantic comedy “Collateral Romance,” filmed in both Singapore and South Korea. Channel NewsAsia reports the drama stars South Korean actors Kim Myung-soo and Pyo Ye-jin, along with Singapore actress Gladys Bay.

The project is described as Mediacorp’s second Korean drama co-production and is part of the broadcaster’s wider effort to deepen creative ties with South Korea. Variety adds that the collaboration is supported by Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA). Channel NewsAsia also says the expansion includes additional Korean collaborations in the form of four microdramas, alongside “Collateral Romance.” Across the reports, both outlets frame the initiative as part of Mediacorp’s ongoing investment in Korean content partnerships, with production planned across the two countries and a cast drawn from both markets.
