An Ohio mother, Elizabeth Siders, 34, pleads not guilty to child endangerment and neglect charges after authorities rescued 16 children from what investigators describe as deplorable conditions at her home in July. The children range in age from about 17 months to 18 years.
The reports say the alleged conditions were found in a decrepit home in Hamden, a small village in Ohio.
