German Green Steel and Power Limited launches its initial public offering on September 25, with the issue scheduled to close on September 29. The company sets a public price band of ₹132 to ₹139 per equity share. It plans to raise ₹304 crore in total, with a mix of a fresh issue and an offer for sale. Shares are proposed to list on the BSE and NSE on October 5.
Proceeds from the fresh issue are intended to support expansion at the company’s manufacturing facility in Samakhiyali, Kutch, Gujarat. Part of the funding is also earmarked for a hybrid wind and solar power project. The balance includes using funds for debt repayment and corporate purposes. One outlet also reports the IPO includes reservations for categories of investors, with about half allocated to qualified institutional buyers, 15% to non-institutional investors, and 35% to retail investors.
While both sources agree on the dates and price band, additional details such as the fresh-and-OFS split, use of funds, and the revised fundraising size appear in the more comprehensive report.
