The Minister of Works, David Umahi, orders that the First Niger Bridge, linking Anambra and Delta states, be decorated with pictures of President Bola Tinubu after rehabilitation work is completed. Umahi says the pictures are intended to show appreciation for Tinubu’s intervention in the project.
