Charlie Sheen and Martin Sheen are set to star as father and son in the upcoming multi-cam comedy series “Happy Jack” for AMC and AMC+. The series is moving forward as a half-hour family comedy and is approved for a six-episode first season.
Production is scheduled to begin early next year in Los Angeles. One outlet says the show will film at Warner Bros. Studios, while another reports filming will be in Los Angeles without naming the specific lot. Both outlets also project a 2027 launch. The series is described as multi-camera, and casting centers on the Sheen father-and-son pairing, marking their return to the same on-screen roles after more than a decade, according to one report.
