Saudi-led coalition forces supporting Yemen’s internationally recognised government say they carry out a wide-ranging campaign against Houthi capabilities. The coalition spokesperson says it has destroyed large numbers of military targets in Houthi-controlled areas, including command-and-control facilities, communications systems, missile and weapons depots, and rocket-launch platforms. In one account, the coalition also says it destroyed 136 military targets, while another statement cites 82 targets across provinces including Saada, Hodeidah, al-Jawf and Marib.

Outlets also report missile interceptions attributed to the coalition. Al Jazeera cites a coalition statement that three Houthi ballistic missiles were intercepted, while additional reports from Middle East Eye describe interceptions of ballistic missiles launched toward Riyadh and Khamis Mushait, with the coalition saying the threats originated from areas including Sanaa and nearby governorates. Other reports add that the coalition destroyed facilities associated with ballistic missiles, including a depot in northwestern Yemen and a launch site in Sanaa. The reports reflect the coalition’s focus on disrupting Houthi missile capabilities and protecting regional security, while the figures and locations vary by statement.
