A 38-year-old man is charged with murder after a woman in her 40s dies following an alleged axe attack in Dartmouth, Devon. Rebecca Grass, 46, is reported to have been found dead at a property in the town after an incident described by police and local reports as happening late at night.
Some reports say neighbours saw someone “with an axe” in the area around the time of the attack. Another man, also in his 40s, is reported to have been taken to hospital with facial injuries described as non-life-changing. Outlets also identify the woman for the first time, while other details remain consistent across coverage, including the location and the arrest and charging of the suspect.
