Juventus draw 1-1 with Cagliari in Serie A, with Luciano Spalletti and Fabio Pisacane both sent off during the match. After the game, Spalletti says his team showed good performance but did not convert that into a win. He tells Juventus they must keep up their level while pushing for better results.
Multiple outlets report that Spalletti addresses the reason for his dismissal, saying he had warned that Cagliari are good at wasting time. He also argues Juventus should focus on seeking victory. Cagliari’s Pisacane responds to the criticism by implying Juventus would be “worried” about facing them and that Cagliari are on the right track following the result. The coverage frames the post-match comments as a dispute over Juventus’ approach and Cagliari’s game management, alongside the outcome itself.
