Prime Video is set to release a new documentary series about Princess Diana that draws on never-before-heard audio. Multiple outlets report the project features secret recordings of private conversations, offering a more detailed look at her life. The series will be available in the UK and Ireland following Prime Video’s acquisition of the regional rights.
The series is described as a three-part docuseries and is reportedly titled “Diana: Her Secret Confessions” for its UK launch, with an earlier/working title of “Diana Unheard.” Outlets note that excerpts of the audio have circulated previously online and via other platforms, but this release presents additional context and previously unreleased material. Coverage focuses on the broadcaster’s move to secure distribution rights and on the inclusion of tapes reportedly recorded secretly in the years before Diana’s death, with international sales continuing under the earlier title.
