Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has partnered with Zoho’s ManageEngine to integrate IT management capabilities into its sovereign cloud offering, TCS SovereignSecure Cloud. The collaboration is designed to help organisations run and manage cloud and AI workloads while keeping control over data locations and operational governance, with a focus on improving security and modernising IT operations.

TCS positions the sovereign cloud bundle as suitable for sensitive workloads, including those used by government institutions, public sector enterprises and private organisations with regulatory requirements. ManageEngine’s IT Service Management capabilities are intended to complement TCS’s cloud infrastructure, architecture and deployment services, adding tools for managing cloud operations at enterprise scale.

While outlets emphasise different motivations—one highlights a broader push for AI-enabled “sovereign cloud” adoption and India’s digital sovereignty—both describe the partnership as an ecosystem approach. TCS also frames the move as supporting domestic technology development and advancing AI-led transformation, leveraging ManageEngine’s enterprise management tooling alongside TCS cloud services.
