Finolex Industries’ shares rise after the company reports a 59% year-on-year increase in Q4FY26 consolidated net profit to ₹261 crore. In the same quarter of FY25, the company posted ₹164.58 crore net profit. The Economic Times says revenue from operations increases 12% year-on-year to ₹1,314 crore in Q4FY26, supported by improved realizations. It also reports that EBITDA nearly doubles to ₹332 crore and that EBITDA margin expands to 25% from 15% in the year-ago quarter. Profit before tax rises to ₹334 crore from ₹203 crore. Business Standard likewise highlights the 59% Q4 net profit jump and notes that the company announces dividends following the results.
Looking at full-year performance, The Economic Times adds that while annual operating profit improves, full-year net profit declines 25% to ₹599 crore in FY26, with operating revenue slightly lower year-on-year. The board recommends a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share and a special dividend of ₹0.75 per share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.
