Rashmika Mandanna has finished filming an underwater fight sequence for the upcoming action thriller film Mysaa. Director Rawindra Pulle shares that the Mysaa unit has completed the shoot for the underwater sequence, and the production company Unformula Films says filming is progressing well. Multiple reports describe the sequence as a first-of-its-kind female-led underwater fight scene in Indian cinema. Mandanna says the underwater filming was among the most challenging work of her career, and she completes the sequence after spending nearly 20 hours underwater across two days. Earlier, the team reportedly wrapped a song sequence choreographed by Brinda. Mysaa is directed by Rawindra Pulle and produced by Unformula Films, and is described as an emotional action thriller set in tribal lands. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release in 2026.
