Sony launches its LinkBuds Clip open-ear true wireless earbuds in India, following an earlier debut in North America. The earbuds use an open-ear clip design and come with 10mm drivers. They include AI-assisted call processing and connect via Bluetooth 5.3, with multipoint connectivity support so users can switch between devices. Sony also lists three listening modes for different audio experiences.
For setup and device pairing, the earbuds support Google Fast Pair and Swift Pair, and the Google Gemini feature. In battery life, Sony states the earbuds deliver up to 37 hours of total playback with the charging case. The charging case and earbuds are rated IPX4 for sweat and splash resistance.
Sony prices the LinkBuds Clip at Rs. 18,990 in India. The announcement highlights the product’s open-ear form factor, call and connectivity features, and the extended total battery life figure, alongside the IPX4 protection rating.
