India’s primary market is set for another busy month, with a dozen companies planning initial public offerings in October, including Jio Platforms and Zetwerk Manufacturing Business. The pipeline follows a strong fundraising year, with multiple IPOs already launched earlier in 2026.

Jio Platforms, the digital services arm of Reliance Industries, is expected to lead the activity with what sources describe as India’s largest IPO, with subscription scheduled for October 21–23. Zetwerk plans to raise around Rs 5,000 crore through a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale, with its subscription scheduled for October 15–19. Several other issues are slated to open during October, with companies spanning technology, healthcare, renewable energy, defence and precision manufacturing.

Outlets also note that investor appetite is being shaped by valuation, profitability and corporate governance. While domestic liquidity continues to support primary-market fundraising even amid volatility in secondary markets, experts say pricing discipline and earnings visibility are likely to be key to subscriptions. Global uncertainty and market swings could also affect timing and demand.
