Strive, the Nasdaq-listed asset manager, buys 3,311 bitcoin for about $280 million, completing its largest purchase in months between Oct. 5 and Oct. 9. The company buys at an average price of roughly $84,500 per bitcoin during a volatile period for crypto markets. The purchase increases its treasury to 32,773 BTC.

Across outlets, Strive’s latest bitcoin expansion is also linked to additional equity-driven activity. One report says the company records about $208 million in warrant exercises, which aligns with the further growth in holdings. Cointelegraph adds that the company’s bitcoin position rises about 11% after the transactions and places it among the largest publicly traded corporate holders, described as fifth-largest. The Block notes the acquisition helps narrow the gap with other large corporate holders, including MARA.
