OPPO launches ColorOS 17, an Android 17-based update, in select global markets including India. Multiple outlets report that OPPO also publishes a device release schedule, with the rollout beginning on 29 October 2026.
According to the coverage, the first phones to receive ColorOS 17 include the OPPO Find N6, OPPO Find X9 series, OPPO Pad 5 Pro, OnePlus 15, OnePlus Pad 4, and Realme GT 8 Pro series. Outlets agree that the company positions the update as a UI and interaction upgrade.
NDTV specifically highlights the “Living Flow Design” theme, describing elements such as Luminous Effect (new translucent and softer visual treatments), along with Fluid Motion and Flexible Feedback, intended to refine how the interface looks and responds. Other reports focus more on what’s new and provide or direct readers to eligibility and the full device list, without contradicting the reported rollout date and early device lineup.
